Coated
Abrasives consists of flexible backing including paper,
cloth and vulcanized fiber, which applied by a film of
adhesive including resin and animal glue, to hold abrasives
including Fused Alumina, SiC and Natural Grains. All coated
abrasives are electro coated to assure the orientation
of abrasive grains on the surface. Featuring with proper
flexibility, sharpness and stable quality, they are suitable
for processing different kinds of materials, such as grinding
or polishing steels, non-metals, wood and leathers as
well
Mesh
(Screen) Abrasive cloth is an advanced product,
which is coated abrasives on two sides of polyester
film, applied by epoxy resin. It has excellent features
of heat resistance, strong strength, loading prevention
and is extremely suitable for super grinding of paint
and dry wall.
Fibre
Sanding Disc offers aggressive removal on welds,
stock & rust removal, glass grinding or any other metals
grinding, which is available from size 4" to 7" in two
types of grain of Aluminum Oxide & Silicon Carbide from
Grit 16# to 150# with or without cross slot. It is coated
individually to ensure consistence abrasive grain to
the edge and is preshaped to ensure to fix the pad properly.
